## Human Summary
Cloudflare Agents SDK (@cloudflare/think@0.23.0) introduces breaking changes to skill reloading, system prompt precedence, and context block handling.

## Agent Summary
@cloudflare/think@0.23.0 brings breaking changes: getSkills() sources reload every turn to discover workspace skills dynamically, overridden getSystemPrompt() now always precedes context blocks, skill catalog updates are supplied via context reminders rather than prompt rebuilds, and skillWorkspace alongside the 'skill' context block type are removed.

## Body
In release 0.23.0 of @cloudflare/think, several breaking behavior modifications were introduced. Think now reloads getSkills() sources on every turn, allowing skills.workspace(this.workspace) to pick up new skills saved to /workspace/.agents/skills . Overridden getSystemPrompt() calls now consistently render above context blocks rather than being dropped when blocks exist. Additionally, skill catalog modifications are now provided to the model as context reminders to avoid rebuilding the cached system prompt. As part of this update, skillWorkspace and the extension 'skill' context block type have been removed.

## Recommended actions
- Remove references to the deprecated skillWorkspace and the extension 'skill' context block type.
- Verify prompt rendering logic if relying on getSystemPrompt() , noting it will now always render above context blocks.
- Ensure dynamic workspace skill files placed in /workspace/.agents/skills align with the new per-turn reloading behavior via skills.workspace(this.workspace) .
