Data and privacy
niubiagent collects only the information you submit, basic request metadata used for abuse prevention, and privacy-conscious product events used to improve the service.
Purpose
Email, role, product URLs, and inquiry details are used to review waitlist requests, tool submissions, or sponsor inquiries. Hashed network identifiers are used for rate limiting; raw IP addresses are not intentionally stored by the application.
Retention
Unsuccessful or irrelevant submissions are removed during operational review. Intake records should be reviewed at least annually and deleted when no longer needed for the stated purpose.
Requests
To request access or deletion, reply through the same contact channel used for your submission and include the submitted email address.
